ISR Tuition
The certification fees for ISR are based on 35 years of research and
development to refine the technique that can safely teach infants and young
children how to survive an aquatic accident. The education and training for your
ISR career is unprecedented. There is no other survival swimming program that
offers such in-depth, hands-on training, safety protocols and academic
development. During the training you will learn all of the specialised methods
and techniques necessary to safely teach survival swimming and other aquatic
skills to infants and young children.
When your training is completed you will have the knowledge and skills to
teach aquatic survival skills to infants and young children. Your certification
qualifies you to teach virtually anywhere in the world. It is a rare business
opportunity that allows you to work as much or as little as you are willing; to
travel or to stay in your own community; to utilise your skills wherever your
family or life circumstances may dictate; and to make a difference to the lives
of little children and their families.
Tuition
The tuition for the ISR training is $15 000.00; the investment for training
and certification covers 60 hours of in-water work along with academic
development and study sessions.
For your convenience ISR- will accept Visa and
Master Card for all or a portion of the tuition.
Business Opportunity
Being trained as an ISR instructor is a business opportunity as well as a
community service. First and foremost, you must understand that our mission is:
“To Prevent Drowning and Enrich The Lives Of Children, By Teaching Them To
Swim”.
Instructor candidates must have a desire to be a part of our endeavour to make
children safe in and around the water. An aquatics background is not necessary.
Candidates need to love and have a willingness to work with children and their
families from all walks of life. Good communication skills, both oral and
written, are helpful. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and in good
physical and emotional health. A college degree is helpful, but not required.
As an ISR instructor you will be an independent contractor who is certified
to use the ISR technique. It will be up to you to decide how much you wish to
charge for lessons, the number of hours you will work per day So... the income you make will be entirely up to you.
