PRE LESSON

Please self administer a temperature check for yourself and your child/ren attending lessons. If above 37.5ºc please do not attend your lesson and mark your child absent on the Ayotree App.

Please WASH your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds prior to leaving home.

Only ONE (1) adult/carer per family is permitted to accompany their child/ren to lessons who is fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination and NSW Services Check-in must be shown on arrival.

ARRIVAL

  • In order to minimise the number of patrons in the facility, parents / guardians and swimmers should arrive as close as possible to their lesson start time, they should not arrive too early to try and reduce the amount of people within the facility. Therefore we ask families to wait in their cars until just before time to enter for their lessons.
  • Please have your child ready and dressed for their lesson.
  • Only ONE parent / guardian per family into the building
  • Hand sanitisers will be available on entry and exit of the facility, and it is a requirement for every person entering and exiting to wash their hands.
  • When on poolside, if indoors and where possible, we prefer parents / guardians wear a face mask
  • Seating and social distancing stickers will guide people on maintaining safe distances of 1.5m apart. Family groups can sit together but enforce social distancing for all others
  • Parents / guardians and swimmers are encouraged to leave the facility after swimming and not congregate in the facility or changing areas after swimming.

PATRON ATTENDANCE

We are required to track which parent/guardian brought the child to lessons.

We would ask that when you arrive you use the QR code to check into the venue. Once checked in please show to the instructor to confirm that the check-in was successful.

This is a requirement that has been asked to help with tracing if there is an outbreak of Corona Virus.

  • Only ONE (1) adult/carer per family is permitted to accompany their child/ren to lessons
  • Where possible, we ask siblings of swimmers who are not within a swimming lesson to not attend the facility or poolside
  • The toilets will be open but there will be no showering at the pool.
  • Parents must adhere to social distancing of 1.5m between parents. Family groups can sit together but enforce social distancing for all others

POST LESON

  • Toilet facilities are open however we encourage swimmers to shower at home to reduce the amount of time and traffic in the changing rooms.
  • Please do not shake any towels or clothing items.
  • For baby-changing, disinfectant spray and wipes will be placed next to the tables at Lilli Pilli. Please wipe this down prior to use. At Coogee we ask parents to bring their own travel change mats or disposable change mats to place on the shared surface.

Please ensure you have read and make sure they are understood as turning people away will not be comfortable for instructors.

We have all been through trying times and need to be patient as this will require sacrifices from all of us to avoid being shut down again.

We thank you for your patience and hope you are all doing well in this time.
